A Brief Introduction to Starbucks
Starbucks was founded in Seattle, Washington in 1971. What started out as a humble coffee house eventually grew to become one of the largest franchises worldwide, with more than 23,000 stores all around the world. Starbucks Malaysia typically serves hot and cold beverages – both caffeinated and non-caffeinated, baked goods, and sandwiches to its customers.
Reasons Why Starbucks is so Popular in Malaysia
Despite the emergence of many cafes and coffee houses in the country, Starbucks Malaysia still manages to stay on top in terms of popularity. Although its products are a contributor to the brand’s immense fame, a bigger portion of its success lies beyond its products. Let’s identify some factors that have enabled Starbucks Malaysia to retain loyal customers as well as expand its consumer base.
1. There is Something for Everyone at Starbucks Malaysia
Starbucks Malaysia is known for creating high-quality brews that help its customers to power through the day. However, coffee-based drinks are not the only options offered on its menu, as Starbucks stores in Malaysia also serve coffee-free drinks and a small selection of food items. From chilled sandwiches to freshly-baked cakes to pastries served hot from the oven, Starbucks is the ideal place for individuals seeking a quick bite or to quench their thirst on a hot sunny day.

Besides being a provider of delicious food and beverages, Starbucks’ also offers a cosy ambience for you to work outside of your home or office. Everything about the interior of a Starbucks store, from the casual couch to the aroma of freshly-baked pastries, spells “comfort”.
Being a franchise, Starbucks’ interior design will not differ too much from one store to another, so rest assured that you will be able to enjoy a similar ambience no matter which Starbucks outlet you head to. Furthermore, Starbucks also provides free Wi-Fi connection for anyone who purchases a drink or food item, regardless of price. Starbucks outlets are also equipped with air-conditioning, making it a great place to shelter from the Malaysian heat. Starbucks’ key to retaining customer loyalty lies in the reliability of its services. Starbucks places a high emphasis on providing the best experience for their customers and this dedication is apparent in its everyday operations.
