Following a successful run on television in 2014, the period saga Nobunaga Concerto completes its story on the silver screen with a blockbuster film. Based on Ishii Ayumi's manga, Nobunaga Concerto stars Oguri Shun as high school student Saburo who gets whisked back in time to the Sengoku period where he encounters his doppelganger, Oda Nobunaga. Despite his lack of basic historical knowledge, Saburo assists Nobunaga by acting as his decoy, and gradually grows into the role of the legendary warrior who would leave an indelible mark on history. Besides Oguri Shun, other members of the series' star-stacked cast also return for the film including Shibasaki Kou, Mukai Osamu, Yamada Takayuki, Fujigaya Taisuke, Mizuhara Kiko, Hamada Gaku and Takashima Masahiro. Picking up where the TV drama left off, Nobunaga Concerto The Movie continues on Nobunaga/Saburo's campaign to unite Japan. However, Saburo finally realizes that an important date lies immediately ahead: June 21, 1582, the day Nobunaga dies at Honno-ji after being overwhelmed by a coup led by Akechi Mitsuhide. This edition comes with a booklet and a bonus disc of special features including making-of, event footage, spin-off drama, Ekiben Concerto, deleted scenes, Kicho's video letter and Oguri Shun interview.

First there was the popular 1997 Japanese television drama Odoru Daisosasen. Then came three television specials, and in 1998, the series came to the big screen in the form of the box office smash Bayside Shakedown. After that, there was the popular 2003 sequel Bayside Shakedown 2 and even a 2005 spin-off film, Negotiator Mashita Masayoshi. Now the popular cop franchise adds another winning installment to its ranks with The Suspect Muroi Shinji, and it now arrives on Blu-ray disc! Just like the earlier films in the series, The Suspect takes place in modern day Japan and revolves around the country's intricate, often serpentine police bureaucracy. However, this time the hero is Muroi Shinji (Yanagiba Toshiro), a stoic MPD chief investigator, who's definitely all business when it comes to dealing with matters of law. In a cruel twist of fate, however, Muroi finds himself being arrested on conspiracy charges related to the use of excessive force against a murder suspect who ended up dead. Muroi discovers that he is a pawn in a shadowy power struggle originating from within the police department. He's also fully aware that he's got to watch his back against the money-grubbing lawyers representing the dead suspect and a no-nonsense prosecutor (Sano Shiro) looking to take the chief investigator down, no matter the cost! With only an inexperienced young lawyer (Tanaka Rena), his staunch ally Detective Kudo (Aikawa Sho), and plenty of average joe beat cops on his side, can Muroi clear his name? Find out in writer/director Kimizuka Ryoichi's winning new addition to the mega popular Bayside Shakedown saga!

Shot on location in Europe, The Final Score brings back leads Tamaki Hiroshi and Ueno Juri as the eccentric musical couple Chiaki and Nodame - and they've encountered their biggest challenge yet. A continuation from the 2008 drama special, Part 1 opens with stern conductor Chiaki (Tamaki Hiroshi) being assigned to revive a failing Parisian orchestra before it's forced to shut down. Hey! Say! JUMP member Yamada Ryosuke takes his first film leading role in the live-action adaptation of mega-popular manga Assassination Classroom. Written by Matsui Yusei, Assassination Classroom has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2012 and has sold over 10 million copies. The story begins when a mysterious creature destroys 70% of the moon and threatens to destroy the earth within the year. Strangely, the creature then offers to become the homeroom teacher of Kunugigaoka Junior High School's class 3E, notorious for being the home of the school's least academically-inclined students. In reaction to this, the world's leaders task class 3E with assassinating the creature, offering 10 billion as a reward for whomever succeeds. Yamada plays Shiota Nagisa, a 3E student whose friendly exterior masks a dark and dangerous disposition. Physically unimposing and weak, Shiota nevertheless proves to possess the skills of an assassin. The film also stars veteran Shiina Kippei (The After-Dinner Mysteries) as 3E's P.E. teacher Tadaomi Karasuma, former Kara member Kang Ji Young as an assassin/foreign language teacher, and Suda Masaki (Daily Lives Of High School Boys), Yamamoto Maika (Kamen Teacher: The Movie), Taketomi Seika (Hot Road), Yuki Mio (Kami-sama no Iu Toori) and Uehara Miku (Kimi ni Todoke) as Shiota's fellow students. Arashi's Ninomiya Kazunari voices Koro Sensei.

Japan's most famous public prosecutor is back! Popular Japanese TV and film franchise Hero returns to cinemas in 2015 with a new box office-topping mystery. First aired in 2001, Hero follows unorthodox public prosecutor Kuryu Kohei (Kimura Takuya). Known for eschewing the typical suit and tie in favor of jeans and an orange down jacket and impulsively purchasing infomercial gadgets, Kuryu's behavior often flummoxes his colleagues at a public prosecutor's office in Tokyo. However, his slacker appearance and attitude belie a brilliant investigative mind and compassionate heart, which help him crack one impossible case after another. Directed by Suzuki Masayuki and scripted by Fukuda Yasushi, both regulars of the series, the 2015 Hero feature film continues on from the 2014 television series. Besides Kimura Takuya, Kitagawa Keiko returns as his assistant, as do fellow prosecutors Sugimoto Tetta, Hamada Gaku and Yoshida Yo. Matsu Takako, who did not appear in the 2014 season, makes her return to the series after an eight-year absence. This time, Kuryu and his colleagues try to solve a case that is linked to a foreign embassy. However, their investigation is hampered by extraterritoriality.

Fuji TV Liar Game: The Final Stage (Blu-ray) (Standard Edition) (Japan Version)
RM 208.20

Based on the comic series by Kaitani Shinobu, the 2007 television drama adaptation of Liar Game was such a surprise hit in its late-night slot that it earned Fuji TV's commitment for both a second series and a theatrical film. Stars Toda Erika (Death Note) and Matsuda Shota (Hana Yori Dango) return as the master players of a never-ending game that pits players in battles of deception with intricate rules and simple consequences: money for the winner, and a mountain of debt for the loser. Along with the stars, series one writer Furuya Osho also returns to join forces with series two writer Kuroiwa Tsutomu and pen the final chapter of the saga. With the mind-twisting game reaching its finale, it's no surprise that The Final Stage is also the game's biggest stage yet. The Final Stage continues the story from the end of the series two, as college student Nao (Toda Erika) and her brilliant swindler partner Akiyama (Matsuda Shota) enter the final round of mysterious corporation LGT's Liar Game. Dubbed "The Garden of Eden Game", the stakes are higher than ever in the final round, as the prize money has been increased from 100 million yen to 5 billion yen. Like the previous games, the winner takes the money home, and the loser is sent into debt for the same amount. With the mysterious and powerful Player X entering as one of the 11 players in the game, even Akiyama may not be able to help Nao win this time around. This Edition comes with a collection of promotional materials.

Screened in competition at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival, renowned filmmaker Kore-eda Hirokazu's latest film Our Little Sister is based on the award-winning manga Umimachi Diary by Yoshida Akimi. The film depicts the lives of three sisters in the seaside city of Kamakura and the changes they undergo when they take in their 13-year-old half-sister after meeting her for the first time at their estranged father's funeral. Two of Japan's most popular actresses, Ayase Haruka and Nagasawa Masami share screen for the first time as the eldest sister, a level-headed nurse who heads the household, and the second sister, an easygoing bank clerk who makes bad relationship choices, while Kaho (Blindly in Love) plays the 19-year-old third sister and young rising star Hirose Suzu their little half-sister. Besides the four actresses at the center of the story, the film's impressive supporting cast also includes Otake Shinobu as the matriarch of the family, Tsutsumi Shinichi, Kase Ryo, Lily Franky (Like Father, Like Son), Kiki Kirin (Still Walking), Suzuki Ryohei (Tokyo Tribe), Fubuki Jun (Like Father, Like Son) and Maeda Oshiro (I Wish).

Based on a series of crime novels by Honda Tetsuya, television drama Strawberry Night is a gritty police procedural in which the heroine's journey through the sexist world of crime solving is as compelling as the grisly murder cases. After the successful first season and one-time drama special, the chronicles of the Himekawa Team is now a feature film! Based on the Himekawa Series' fourth novel Invisible Rain, the Strawberry Night film sees Himekawa flirting with danger when she falls in love with a gang member during her investigation. In addition to the original cast members including Takeuchi Yuko, Nishijima Hidetoshi and Koide Keisuke the Strawberry Night film also features Osawa Takao (Shield of Straw) and Miura Tomokazu (Outrage). A gang member has been murdered, and the police has determined that it's the result of a gang dispute. However, the brilliant Detective Himekawa (Takeuchi Yuko) is convinced that there's more to the case and even goes against the rest of the investigation task force to prove her thesis. After a meeting that ended in a deadlock, Himekawa receives an anonymous phone call telling her that a man named Yanai Kento is the killer. During her investigation, Himekawa meets Makita Isao (Osawa Takao), a gang member who also needs to find Yanai. Together, they forge a dangerous collaboration to solve the case. Known for his witty scripts, star-studded casts and elaborate setpieces, Mitani Koki heads to space in his latest comedy Galaxy Turnpike. Drawing on his theater roots, the writer-director often concentrates his offbeat story and eccentric characters in a single setting, be it the hotel of Suite Dreams, the courtroom of Once in a Blue Moon or the castle of The Kiyosu Conference. For Galaxy Turnpike, he sets the action entirely in outer space at a burger joint along the space highway. SMAP's Katori Shingo (Bayside Shakedown: The Final) and Ayase Haruka (Our Little Sister) lead the ensemble cast of extraterrestrial characters. In the year 2265, humanity has spread throughout the solar system, and situated next to Jupiter is a space colony called "Uzushio," which is home to a portion of a space highway that links to Earth. Once a buzzing area with numerous eateries, Uzushio's galaxy turnpike has seen business dwindle in recent years. Here in this dusty corner of the universe begins the story of Noa (Katori Shingo) and Noe (Ayase Haruka), the married proprietors of the fast-food restaurant Sandsand Burger.

On March 11, 2011, a powerful earthquake and the tsunami waves that followed killed tens of thousands of people in northeast Japan. Journalist Ishii Kota chronicled his ten days in the town of Kamaishi one of the hardest-hit areas in the disasters in his book Itai Shinsai, Tsunami of Hate ni. Writer-director Kimizuka Ryoichi (the Bayside Shakedown series, Nobody to Watch Over Me) recreates those ten days in Reunion. The film stars Nishida Toshiyuki (Ghost of a Chance, Outrage Beyond) as a retired funeral home employee who brought order to Kamaishi's temporary funeral home and helped families of the victims properly put their loved ones to rest. Proceeds from the film were donated to the recovery effort in the disaster zone. After the March 11th tsunami virtually wiped away half of Kamaishi, a temporary morgue was set up in a local gym to handle the dead. After the disaster, retired undertaker Chiba Atsushi (Nishida Toshiyuki) volunteered to take charge of the funeral home. Using his years of experience, Atsushi taught rescue workers to handle the bodies with care, arranged for the bodies to be presented in a respectable state to family members and spoke softly to them as he prepared them for their final journey into the crematorium. Soon, rescue workers, city employees and medical professionals working on the site were so touched by Atsushi's dedication to the cause that they eventually come together to lend a helping hand.

Hey! In addition to a hilariously deadpanned Abe, Ueto Aya also returns as Lucius' ditzy modern love interest in this big-budget fantasy sequel. This edition includes an audio commentary, making of, interviews, a collection of television specials, stage events and trailers. It also comes with a 40-page booklet.

It's once more into the fray for Matsuda Shota, who returns to the Liar Game without co-star Toda Erika for the first time in Liar Game - Reborn, the second film based on Kaitani Shinobu's popular manga. Resetting the game two years after the end of The Final Stage, the creators have set up a new Liar Game with new rules and the same consequences: a big payday for the winner, and a mountain of debt for the 19 other losers. This time, Matsuda's master schemer character Akiyama is joined by Shinomiya (played by Tabe Mikako, Kimi ni Todoke), who needs his help to defeat the new "musical chairs" game created by the mysterious Omega (television actress Esumi Makiko) and Alice (Japan's sweetheart Ashida Mana). As revenge for the events at the end of Liar Game - The Final Stage, the Liar Game authorities have created the game's most difficult challenge yet. After much-needed convincing by young college student Shinomiya (Tabe Mikako), former con artist/Liar Game player Akiyama (Matsuda Shota) also agrees to return to play for the two billion yen prize. However, not even Akiyama's experience with the game can prepare him for what game runners Omega (Esumi Makiko) and Alice (Ashida Mana) have in store for the 20 players. This edition includes the spin-off dramas Alice in Liar Game and Fukunaga VS Yokoya, as well as making of, stage events, and trailers.

Japanese superstar Kimura Takuya shows us that the best things in life are free in Priceless, a comedic fable from the writer of Galileo and Liar Game. Kimura stars as Kindaichi Fumio, a happy-go-lucky salaryman who suddenly loses everything his job, his home, his bank account overnight because of a secret being harbored by his boss (Fujiki Naohito). With only the clothes on his back and a few coins, Fumio finds a new start in a rundown home that gives shelter to people in similar situations. Creative, hardworking, and honest, Fumio stands up once again with the help of two former colleagues (Karina, Nakai Kiichi). Fuji TV's hit police drama series Unfair comes to the big screen, with Shinohara Ryoko reprising her memorable role as a tough female cop. Based on a Hata Takehiko novel, both the film and the drama are carried brilliantly by force of its strong female protagonist, whose fearless, peerless, no-nonsense demeanor is both refreshing and liberating. This crime action flick about a lone woman in a man's world throws a mean punch without forgetting the human side of the story. Kobayashi Yoshinori, who directed the television series, also helms this silver-screen adaptation. Hardboiled, hard-drinking, and hard-hitting female detective Yukihira Natsumi (Shinohara Ryoko) has the best record in the police force, but it has come at a cost. Her fiercely independent personality and penchant to not go by the books has alienated her from colleagues, while her dedication, or perhaps obsession, with work has already cost her a marriage and custody of her eight-year-old daughter. Natsumi has no time for apologies and misgivings though when there is crime to be fought. She is forced to reconsider everything she knows, however, when terrorists take over the hospital her daughter is being treated at. How far will she go to save her daughter?
