No MSG and artificial colourings HOW TO USE For whole chicken: Spread 2 tablespoons of DeliChef seasoning over one whole chicken (1kg), marinate for 1 hour then roast for 45-60 minutes. For beef, lamb or fish: Spread 1 tablespoon of DeliChef seasoning over 500g of beef, lamb or fish, marinate for 20 minutes then grill for 15-30 minutes. You can opt to pan-fry too.
