The Sony Xperia Z Ultra presents you firstly, with a 6.4 inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 16M colour system. Scratch-resistant glass protects the Sony Xperia Z Ultra’s front while polished metal finish coats the back. The phone is known to be water resistant too up to 1.5 meters and up to 30 minutes underwater.

Although known for their cameras, Sony has downgraded in terms of camera and fitted an 8MP rear camera with a 2MP front facing camera to get your good side of selfies. The camera also comes with goodies like phase detection autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, HDR, and sweep panorama settings, so you’ll be constantly occupied trying it all out.

To come out above the market, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra has upped its game in terms of what’s powering the smartphone. To start off with, it is run on the Android OS, v4.2 (Jelly Bean) system that is upgradable to v5.1 (Lollipop) and powered by the Quad-core 2.2 GHz Krait 400 processor with a Qualcomm MSM8274 Snapdragon 800 chipset. With the combination of these two, speed is optimum and everything from gameplay to browsing is smooth.
