OnePlus 3T Malaysia Price and Specs

OnePlus 3T Review – High-End Features on a Budget

The OnePlus 3T was released in 2016, only six months after its predecessor, the OnePlus 3 was first announced. As its name suggests, the 3T is an upgraded version of the OnePlus 3T, featuring improvements to make it more competitive against its rivals. The OnePlus 3T was a highly sought after as it offers slick performance, long-lasting battery life, and a vivid display at a competitive price tag.

OnePlus 3T Design

Design wise, the OnePlus 3T looks identical to its elder sibling. It sports the same metal unibody build with a slightly curved back and rounded edges, which not only adds to the phone’s aesthetics but makes it more comfortable to hold as well. Despite having a metal body, the phone still retains a light and svelte build, measuring only 7.35mm in thickness and weighing 158g. Although the phone is fitted with a 5.5-inch display, there should not have any problems using it with one hand.

OnePlus 3T Display

The OnePlus 3T is equipped with a Super AMOLED display with Full HD resolution that offers 1,920 x 1,080p resolution and 401ppi pixel density, resulting in rich and vibrant colours with deep blacks. Text, images, and videos appear clear and sharp onscreen so there should no complaints in that regard. The screen also provides sufficient brightness for comfortable outdoor visibility, even under direct sunlight.

OnePlus 3T Performance

The OnePlus 3T phone is fitted with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset that is supported by a 6GB of RAM. With this combination of specs, it is not surprising that the OnePlus 3T delivers snappy performance to handle whatever tasks you throw at the device. Apps load fast, which makes multitasking possible thanks to lag-free switching between different applications. Most games can also be played without experiencing drops in frame rate. There are two built-in storage variants – 64GB and 128GB. You will have to choose wisely as the storage cannot be expanded further.

OnePlus 3T Battery Life

An area that the OnePlus 3T has received an upgrade compared to its predecessor, the OnePlus 3, is in the battery department. The device comes with a 3,400mAh battery that can easily power the phone through a busy day. Moreover, this OnePlus phone comes with OnePlus’ Dash Charge technology that reduces the time needed to recharge the battery to full capacity. You can get a day’s worth of battery by just charging the device for just half an hour.
