The HP Spectre X360 comes to Malaysia with a wide array of attractive aesthetic features. Much like HP’s signature laptops and ultrabooks, the HP Spectre X360 Malaysia sports a polished metal exterior that proudly provides the premium feel. Everything is neatly hidden inside the body while the outer casing hides some neat features. Some of the seductive aspects of this laptop is the ability to change its shape from a regular laptop to a tablet and tent mode. The screen rotates till both the monitor and base are side by side, making it into a tablet-type laptop. The touchscreen gives you the feeling of using a tab. Tent mode is where the laptop can be bent into a tent shape which is said to be for presentations and gaming. This versatile features alone make the HP Spectre X360 an attractive model. The screen comes in at 13 inches while colours are deep and vibrant thanks to its Full HD display. Its glossy finish brings out the colours in every media your use.

Performance of the HP Spectre X360

The HP Spectre X360 has the 2.4 GHz i7 (5500U) processor that keeps it running smooth during more applications. Coupled with 8GB DDR3 RAM and 256 SSD, the HP Spectre X360 is agile enough for gaming and video editing while heavy gaming and editing may cause the speed to reduce a little. The Spectre idles at about 20dB so it is seemingly quiet during normal use. Heat output is also low at around 30 – 40 degrees Celsius. Battery life of this HP laptop is pretty average while gaming, but you get up to 8 hours during normal usage. Overall, the HP Spectre X360 Malaysia is a good laptop. The build quality is good, battery life is durable, screen is great and the quality is premium. Although the 360 degree hinge may not be everyone’s cup of tea, this interesting notebook gives you a great overall experience.
