Achieve Zen with the MemoPad 8

The Asus MemoPad 8 is powered by the Android 4.4 Kit Kat operating system, with Asus's very own ZenUI user interface placed over it. Asus's ZenUI user interface places a strong focus on functionality, which is seen right at the start on the MemoPad 8's lock screen. It is a very intuitive user interface that helps you to stay organized with your schedule.

All of your appointments and important events are laid out on an easy to view timeline known as Asus What's Next. It is a great application that lets you easily view all of your current and upcoming events, delivering reminders constantly so that you will not forget. It even shows the weather for the day so you can plan even better.

Another very useful feature is the Asus Do It Later feature, which allows you to save a lot of items to view or respond to later, such as a social media post, an email, your daily news, a text messages. It puts everything together so that you can have a centralized hub for all of your reminders.

Intel Inside Performance

The Asus line of MemoPad Android tablets are one of the first few tablets that start to run on the Intel Atom processors meant for mobile devices. Inside the Asus MemoPad 8 sits a very powerful quad-core Intel processor that breezes through multiple tasks in your day to day usage of the tablet. Applications open with ease and are smoothly transitioned between as you multitask your day through with the MemoPad 8. The Intel Atom processor is not only power, but very efficient, reducing battery use so that you can do more for longer times.

When it comes to entertainment, you will be able to experience high performance and immersive gaming with great graphics on the large and gorgeous 8-inch High Definition display. The large and gorgeous display is flanked by Asus's SonicMaster front firing dual speakers that envelop you within its sound stage, delivering superior enhanced audio that is previously unheard of on a tablet of this class.

Long Battery Life with MemoPad 8

A tablet as capable and powerful as the MemoPad 8 should not have a short battery life, which is why the MemoPad 8's battery lasts all day. Stream, surf, play, and work all day long with the MemoPad 8's awesome 9 hours battery life.
