Acer One 10 Malaysia

Four in One, One for Four

The Acer One 10 is not just any Windows tablet nor is it just any typical Windows laptop; the Acer One 10 is a versatile Windows machine that can transform between several different modes to suit different uses and also to match different types of locations. The four modes that the Acer One 10 can take form is: Notebook mode like a normal laptop for your typing needs and storage; Pad mode where you detach the tablet from the keyboard dock to use it as a touchscreen tablet; and the Tent and Display modes for entertainment or to use the keyboard dock as a stand for using the tablet with the touchscreen.

Unlike a lot of other multi-mode devices which require a very specific latch or button, the Acer One 10 uses a latch-less magnetic hinge design which makes it easy to transition between modes. No pressing of buttons or sliding of any levers of sorts on the Acer One 10. To separate the tablet from the keyboard dock, just pull; to put it together, just put it within reach and it’ll snap together – all of this, without any effort.

Cool Aluminium Finish

The Acer One 10 is made entirely out of plastic. On the rear case of the tablet part of the Acer One 10 is a single sheet of brushed aluminium which gives the device a slightly more premium feeling when handling the tablet part of the device. Besides that, however, the plastic used to manufacture the majority of the device is incredibly high quality and is more than enough to hold against a lot of drops and damages that may arise from everyday life.

The Acer One 10 runs on Intel’s very own Atom Z3735F processor, which is a smaller and more mobile processor that is suitable for powering mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The Atom processor is a very efficient processor that delivers great performance without compromising on the battery life of the device.
