In a saturated market overflowing with album releases, fans of Brown Eyed Soul will certainly appreciate the long wait they have been enduring for the last four years. Brown Eyed Soul's previous hits, such as "Did We Really Love", "Beautiful Days", and My Everything
, introduced the essence of soul music to their fans. Now comes their second album, The Wind, The Sea, The Rain
, containing 19-tracks which bring forth a sense of integrity and respect that has become a rarity in the current music industry.
In comparison to their first album, Soulfree, which was comprised mainly of the group's soulful harmony, The Wind, The Sea, The Rain offers versatility in their musical styles. Not bound by the formality of musical genres, the album displays flexibility and creativity through solo tracks sung by each member of the group, namely Na Ul, Jung Yup, Young Joon, and Sung Hoon. Adding the finishing touches to the album are Kang Hyun Jung of Bubble Sisters, Jung In of G.Fla, gospel group Heritage, Dynamic Duo, and Epik High - all prominent musicians in their own rights.
